There is no such thing as an anger- or stress-free environment. A typical day includes a number of anger-provoking situations. This program focuses on accepting and reality of anger as a natural emotion that seeks expression. In this workshop, we will focus on the different ways we experience anger and how to manage anger effectively. We will examine your personal patterns for expressing or suppressing anger and will have an opportunity to practice anger management skills.
